Bupa Arabia for Cooperative insurances held its first Board of directors meeting held on Tuesday 19/7/1432H corresponding to 21/6/2011G for the second term and during the meeting Engineer Loay Hisham Mohy al Deen Nazer was appointed as chairman of the board, Mr. Tal Hisham Mohy al Deen Nazer was appointed as CEO of the company, and the also appointment of the members of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee.
