Bupa Arabia for cooperative healthcare insurance announces that Mr. Benjamin David Jemphrey Kent and Dr. Damien Vincent Marmion the foreign partner representatives on the Bupa Arabia board of directors have submitted their resignations on 17/12/2008, and the board of directors have accepted the resignations in their meeting that was held Wednesday 17/12/2008 effective from 17/12/2008. The resignations were due to transferring Mr. Benjamin David Jemphrey Kent and Dr. Damien Vincent Marmion to other areas in the business assigned to them by the foreign partner. The foreign partner will assign representatives to the board of directors after the approval of SAMA Saudi Arabia Monitoring Agency as long as this will be announced in the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting. In addition Bupa Arabia board of directors has forwarded a recognition and appreciation to Mr. Benjamin David Jemphrey Kent and Dr. Damien Vincent Marmion on their valuable contribution during their membership period with the board of directors.
