The Board of Directors of Bupa Arabia for Co-operative Insurance have approved on 18/05/1431AH corresponding to 02/05/2010  the appointment of Mr Dean Allan Holden as a member of the Board representing Bupa Investments Overseas Limited.  Mr Holden replaces Mr. Pablo Juantegui who resigned from the Board on 23/11/2009G. and his appointment will be presented to shareholders for approval in the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
