Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Healthcare Insurance announces that the Board of Directors have accepted the resignation of Dr. Mohammed Akef Al Maghrabi , independent Board Member dated 03 October 2010, which has been accepted by the Board on 03 October 2010. 
The Chairman and Members of the Board have expressed their thanks and appreciation to Dr. Mohammed Akef Al Maghrabi for his valuable contribution during his term on the Board. 
The Board of Directors will appoint another member to replace the resigning member following the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and approval by the shareholders of Bupa Arabia in the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting
